Workshop Guidelines & Heartfelt Policies By reserving your spot, you agree to these guidelines. They allow us to prepare our space and materials with intention, ensuring a beautiful experience for everyone in the circle. Honouring our Time Together To ensure we can thoughtfully prepare materials. and hold space for each guest, all workshop reservations are final once confirmed. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. Changes & Rescheduling We understand that life can sometimes shift unexpectedly. If you need to request a change to your booking, please reach out to us at least 48 hours before the gathering begins. ✧ Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. ✧ Requests made within 48 hours of the workshop start time cannot be accommodated. ✧ To keep our flow consistent, we allow one reschedule per booking. Flow & Arrival Our workshops are designed to begin promptly so that we can fully immerse ourselves in the experience together. ✧ We will begin on time, regardless of late arrivals. ✧ If you arrive after we have begun, you may miss portions of the instruction. We are unable to extend the workshop, offer make-up time, or provide partial refunds for missed segments. ✧ We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to settle in and ground yourself before we begin. When Plans Shift We pour our hearts into planning these gatherings and truly look forward to sharing them with you. While we strive to run every workshop exactly as scheduled, there are times when the elements or unforeseen circumstances require us to adjust our plans. We may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to: ✧ Not meeting the minimum number of participants required to hold the space. ✧ Inclement weather or unsafe travel conditions. ✧ Unexpected staff illness or scheduling changes. ✧ Other unforeseen operational needs. If we find it necessary to cancel a workshop, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. We will offer you the choice to move your booking to a future date or receive a credit toward another offering. In the rare event that a reschedule or credit is not a viable option for you, a refund will be provided at our discretion.
